And she continued, "The team was able, in a separate operation in the aforementioned bank, to seize the origin of a loan transaction that was circulated in the name of a person without his knowledge, contrary to the controls and instructions."
A third operation, which was carried out at the Agricultural Bank in Hibhab, resulted in the control of the origin of the priority of a loan file that was disbursed; Based on forged guarantees, pointing out that the amount of the illegally disbursed loan amounted to (85) million dinars, according to the statement.
The department stated, according to the statement, that "fundamentalist seizure records were organized in the executed operations; Based on judicial memoranda, and submitting them to the judge of the Baqubah Investigation Court, which is competent in integrity issues; to take appropriate legal measures.
