, President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid and Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi stressed, on Friday, the importance of approving the suspended laws, and while they discussed the political situation in the country, they praised the government's service program.
And the Presidency of the Republic stated, in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of, that “President Abdel Latif Jamal Rashid received, at the Peace Palace in Baghdad, Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi. What would achieve the aspirations of the Iraqis."
He pointed out that "a number of pending laws were discussed, stressing the importance of setting a timetable for their approval and discussing the activities and discussions that take place in the Presidency of the Republic and Parliament regarding laws, and the need for the President of the Republic to attend some of the discussions that take place regarding important legislation, as well as visiting members of Parliament and heads of blocs and committees." To the Presidency of the Republic to present their perceptions and ideas about the laws.
And the statement continued, "The two sides agreed on the importance of holding meetings of the three presidencies from time to time to discuss developments and take action in their regard." Ended 29 / H
