The total volume of imports of the Arab Gulf states from China, including Iraq, amounted to $97 billion in 2021, and electronics accounted for most of these imports at a value of $35 billion, followed by mechanical machinery at a value of $17 billion, then vehicles at a value of $4 billion, according to the trade map website, which provides a map of international trade. .
The total volume of Iraq's imports from China amounted to $10.689 billion in 2021. Mechanical machinery acquired most of these imports at a value of $1.657 billion, followed by machinery and electrical equipment at a value of $1.500 billion, then furniture and furnishings at a value of $809 million.
She added that these imports decreased by 2.13% from 2020, while they increased by 13% from 2019.
She indicated that China's imports from Iraq amounted to 26.647 billion dollars. Crude oil was the most important of these imports, with a financial value of 26.643 billion dollars, followed by chemical products with a value of 1.263 million dollars.
