Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, on Monday, that the World Bank loans to Iraq for 2015 amounted to one billion and 900 million dollars, explaining that it distributed to the ages and gas, infrastructure and reconstruction projects liberated areas.

The statement quoted Zebari as saying, that "the size of World Bank loans to Iraq for 2015, amounted to one billion and 900 million dollars," explaining that they "were distributed among ages and gas, infrastructure and reconstruction of the liberated areas of the organization Daash terrorist projects."
The World Bank announced on Thursday (17 December 2015), agreed to give Iraq a loan of one billion and 200 million dollars to help Baghdad in controlling public finances and improve the efficiency of the energy sector and offset the decline in oil prices and the escalating costs of security conditions.
