    Front parliamentary reform showed on Monday that any settlement project comes external signing will not succeed because they do not mimic the reality in Iraq.
    A spokesman for the Front, Reform MP Haitham al-Jubouri said in an interview for "direction Press" that the success of the national reconciliation project must be an internal decision and with the participation of all segments of society, pointing out that the elders and tribal leaders, civil society organizations and intellectuals Iraqis are ready to participate in the formulation of the national settlement project.
    Jubouri said he would be futile to formulate a draft settlement abroad, whether by the US or Europe, stressing that the draft settlement and reconciliation launched by the United States previously did not work on the reality in Iraq, noting that the settlement is not among politicians for the lack of problems, including but must be settlement between the segments of the society, because the terrorist Daesh create hostility within one and the same component, and this applies to all components, whether Sunni or Shiite or Kurdish.
    With regard to UN intervention Jubouri said he to have been affected by it when they are guarantors of the Convention, as well as stressful on some blocks, which rejects the settlement project, but to be the sponsors of the project that is rejected by the Iraqi people, stressing the need to be the role of supervisory role and guarantor and the formation of a good relationship with all the political blocs, without exception, in order to rush toward the lawmaker settlement.
    It is said that the President of the National Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim, a draft "national reconciliation" project and met with several objections by political and popular destinations but Hakim stressed that the settlement did not include murderers, "and stained their hands with the blood of Iraqis, which means a message reassuring partners politicians and the Iraqi people.
