parliamentary Finance Committee waved, to challenge the instructions of the Ministry of Finance in the implementation of the budget for fiscal 2017.
According to a statement of the Department of Media parliament, that " the Finance Committee hosted a meeting on Sunday , headed by MP Mohammed Halbusi Chairman of the Committee and the presence of members of the Committee; Minister of Finance Agency Abdul Razzaq al - Issa and Salah al - Din Hamid Djaath Director General of Public Debt Department and gentle Sami Director General Budget Department and Kazim Ali Abdullah Director General of Customs in Ministry of Finance".
The meeting discussed according to the statement , " the subject of implementation of the general budget of the federal law and mechanisms also been discussed on some of the items in the government 's intention to appeal before the Federal Court."
Finance Committee emphasized "that it formed sub - committees to follow up the implementation of materials and paragraphs of the budget and to consider the instructions issued by the Ministry of Finance to implement the law."
And it showed "the existence of some of the items in the instruction does not fit into the text mentioned in the budget law , which requires modified by the ministry or will be contested in front of the eyes of the Federal Court by the House of Representatives."
The meeting also discussed " the subject of exchange allocations and accruals ministries and agencies and provincial departments of others linked to the Ministry and the emphasis on the principle of justice in the disbursement away from personal interpretations."
The meeting touched on " the subject of border crossings and the obstacles and problems concerning the work of the General Administration of Customs and the need to choose personalities able to advance and control of this vital detailed."
