It began the Arab foreign ministers, on Monday, at the Dead Sea, a meeting to prepare for the draft resolutions to be submitted to the Arab leaders for approval at the Arab summit at its twenty-eighth session in Jordan.

The occupied Palestinian issue as well as other issues related to the situation in Syria, Iraq, Libya and Yemen, the bulk of the summit.

Said Riyad al-Malki, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Palestine that the Palestinian draft resolution submitted to the Arab summit would accept the claim by all States not to transfer their embassies from Tel abit to Jerusalem without reference to a particular country.

Maliki said: "We deal with the principle .. is clear under the draft resolution, which says how to behave with countries that are considering the transfer of its mission or its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, and therefore, things may not be confined to a particular country."

Maliki believes that it will not be referring to the United States, whose president announced during his campaign his intention to move the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, saying it was important to be issued by the summit and a clear statement on this subject in order to reach all the capitals of the countries that I thought or might think in the transfer of their embassies.

This provides the Palestinian draft resolution submitted to the Arab summit to call on all States to abide by Security Council resolutions 476 and 478 of 1980, which are considered to Israeli law, the annexation of occupied East Jerusalem is null and void, and the draft calls for all States not to the establishment of diplomatic missions in the city of Jerusalem or the transfer of such missions to .

The draft resolution also calls upon Member States and the Secretary General of the League of Arab States and the councils of Arab ambassadors and missions of the university to work on any follow-up approach to security breaches of international law and Council resolutions in this regard and address it effectively.

According to Foreign Affairs of Palestine Minister that an envoy of US President Donald Trump will attend the summit, stressing that it is important to listen to the input of Arab leaders, pointing out that the US envoy will come out with the impression is one that the Arab states committed to the Palestinian cause and its centrality and want to see a just solution to the issue, a solution allows people Palestinian freedom and independence to live in the state on the borders of 67 and East Jerusalem as its capital.

He said a diplomatic source in the Arab League that there is a consensus on most of the draft resolutions submitted to the summit and there remained a dispute over the draft resolution on Libya, which was referred to the Committee on the problem of neighboring countries.

It is scheduled to take part in this summit, on Wednesday, a large number of leaders and Arab leaders, including Saudi Arabia and the King of Morocco and the Emir of Qatar and President of the Palestinian and Lebanese President and others.
