Iran's delegate to the Security Council: the US aggression against Syria is dangerous and irresponsible behavior

Condemned Iran's delegate to the UN Security Council Gholam Ali Khoshroo US military aggression against Syria, believing it to be irresponsible, which would lead to the strengthening of terrorism in the region.
The news agency quoted Iran's Fars in Khburan Khoshroo as saying that "this aggression constitutes a flagrant violation of the principles of the UN Charter and the rules of basic international laws, and would lead to weaken the multilateral initiatives to end terrorism and extremism in Syria, especially the ongoing actions by the United Nations."
He added that "Iran strongly condemns, the US missile attacks on the Syrian air base false pretext that the use of the Syrian government's chemical weapons, Recourse to empty excuses and aggression on a member state of the United Nations Organization a dangerous and destructive behavior, and violators of the principles of international law, would lead to further deterioration of the situation in Syria and the whole region. "
He called Iran's ambassador and a representative of the International Organization, the international community to confront coordinated and harmonious root of these factors and to address aggression and occupation as well as the fight against terrorism and extremism.
