    The Supreme Judicial Council concluded on Wednesday, an agreement between the super boss Zidane and Justice Minister Haider al - Zamili provides that an amnesty passed by parliament , as the current law in force and the duty of the application unless repealed or amended under a law issued by the Council.

    Bayraktar added that ' the two parties agreed that the law in its current form in force and the duty of the application unless repealed or amended under a law issued by the Council of Representatives as the relevant authority legislation laws, the elimination of the application of laws His role, and the executive branch have a duty to implement.'

    He explained that " the meeting emphasized that the Ministry of Justice represented by the Department of the Iraqi reform is committed to implementing the decisions of the judicial committees after acquiring the degree of bits under the provisions of Article II of the General Amnesty Law No. (27) for the year 2016 '.

    He Birqadr that ' the Federal Cassation Court recently issued a decision to ensure that response an appeal submitted by the Corrections Service regarding the inclusion of some of the accused law of general amnesty that article 249 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has identified those entitled to appeal and not including the Ministry of Justice'.

    He stressed that the 'Minister of Justice expressed his commitment to the implementation of judicial decisions and willingness to guide the reform circle so especially at the level of general amnesty law in force'.

    He was a member of the Legal Committee of the Parliamentary Zana Said revealed, in (April 20, 2017), for the issuance of a letter from the chancellorship of national security requires to stop inclusion decisions relating to Article (1/4) terrorism and issues of kidnapping, and directing the legal representative of the ministries to submit an appeal for the benefit of the law, he returned it ' serious offense ', as called for public prosecutors and the Supreme Judicial Council to intervene in favor of the implementation of the law.
