Vice: Minister of Finance is committed to the ministry and the daily attendance last breath

Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed, Tuesday, for the deterioration of the ministry and put it last breath, calling the prime minister to nominate finance minister to be a specialist.
A member of the Committee, Faleh in force, in a statement, received by the "Sky Press," that "the Ministry of Finance last breath due to take over the minister is not specialized and is not committed to the daily attendance in the ministry."
He added that "Acting Minister Abdul Razzaq al-Issa does not manage to work because of the lack of financial background has, as well as being a non-specialist banking and financial matters," noting that it "depends on the workers in the ministry and they are running from work."
He continued, "The ministry is responsible for drawing up fiscal policy and implemented through a person the minister and ministry staff, but suffers from a lot of floundering in the joints and the neglect of many of the files that are built into the work of the ministry."
He called, "the prime minister to designate a competent minister and efficient, able to advance the ministry's retreat that day after day."
He was a member of the Committee on Parliamentary Economy and Investment, Jawad al-Bolani, revealed on Sunday, for "Tomorrow Press" and the presence of 17 sovereign position in the Ministry of Finance without management, expected "collapse" ministry functionally and administratively.
The House voted, in September 2016, the majority to withdraw confidence from the Finance Minister, Hoshyar Zebari, leaving the post vacant since then, but the government has returned and assigned the Acting Ministry of Finance functions to the Minister of Higher Education Abdul Razzaq al-Issa in January 2017.
