Rosneft: America will sink the oil markets and destabilize prices
Russia's Rosneft oil company confirmed that the global agreement to cut oil production did not give only a temporary breather, warning that the growing oil exports to US producers could further destabilize the stability of the market.
CEO Igor Sechin said that the decline in oil prices will continue for a long time, adding that he can not restore stability to the market unless all producers hold back their production.
He added that crude oil producers in the United States may add up to a million and a half million barrels per day to produce the world's oil in the next year, including wasting any gains on global agreement to cut production.
