British police have arrested 12 people after the terrorist attack in London on Saturday night, killing seven people and wounding 48.
He claimed responsibility for the attack.
British authorities launched raids and arrests in the East London neighborhood of Barking.
A small white bus hit a group of pedestrians on the London Bridge Bridge at around 22:00 local time on Saturday, then three people got out and stabbed passersby and in the nearby Buru market.
Eight police officers killed the three attackers, firing 50 bullets at them, wounding one bystander.
Among those detained in connection with the London attack, seven women are still under investigation, and a 55-year-old man was released without charge.
The attack killed seven people, including Canadian Kercey Archibald, one of the first victims of the terrorist attack.
"Thirty-six of the injured are still being treated in the hospital," Deputy Police Commissioner Mark Rawley said, adding that "21 of them are in critical condition."
The London Bridge Bridge and the train station are expected to reopen on Monday morning following their impact.
It was the third terrorist act to be carried out in Britain in less than three months after a car and knife attack in March in Westminster killed five people and left Manchester City less than two weeks ago in which 22 people died.
