    BAGHDAD (Reuters) -

Approved the Japanese parliament on Friday, a law allowing the emperor "Akihito" to give up the throne, thus paving the way for the implementation of this step for the first time in nearly two centuries, to replace his son, Crown Prince "Naruhito" was replaced by late next year, probably.

Said Akihito (83 years), who performed the heart surgery, and received treatment for prostate cancer, in a rare public comment last year that he feared that his age prevents him from performing his duties.

Prince sought "Akihito" for decades in Japan and abroad to heal the wounds of the Second World War waged by Japan in the reign of his father, Hirohito.

And it will succeed him, "Naruhito", aged 57 years.

In a vote aired on Radio and Television Commission of Japan House of Councilors approved the bill declined while a few lawmakers from voting.

The House of Representatives passed the bill last week.

The government must now put abdicate, including the timing details, but media reports said it was likely to be by the end of 2018, and will coincide with the three decades after the ascension of Emperor Akihito to the Chrysanthemum Throne.
