    House prices fell in Beijing for the first time in more than two years in June and fell more in Shanghai, while the downward trend stopped in Shenzhen, suggesting a slowdown in the largest real estate markets in China, according to official data.

    And slowed house price growth in China generally in June and affected large cities the government's efforts to curb prices while maintaining small cities on a rapid growth rate.
