House prices fell in Beijing for the first time in more than two years in June and fell more in Shanghai, while the downward trend stopped in Shenzhen, suggesting a slowdown in the largest real estate markets in China, according to official data.
And slowed house price growth in China generally in June and affected large cities the government's efforts to curb prices while maintaining small cities on a rapid growth rate.
Workers in the sector is expected that the trend of a moderate slowdown in the major cities in China will continue over the next twelve months.
In June, new home prices rose in 70 major cities in China, 10.2 percent on average compared to the year ago, but less than the increase in May, which amounted to 10.4 percent, according to calculations conducted by Reuters based on an official survey released on Tuesday.
On a monthly basis, new home prices rose 0.7 percent in June without any change from the previous month, according to Reuters calculations from the reality of the National Bureau of Statistics data. Finished / 25
