    The Bureau of the province of Basra, on Saturday, clarification on the non-payment of financial dues to some companies and contractors in the province. He pointed out that these had provided "false papers", for the purpose of obtaining those receivables.
    A member of the parliamentary services committee Sabah al-Tamimi, last week, expressed solidarity with a number of contractors in the province of Basra for not receiving their financial dues, describing it as "injustice and injustice."
    A spokesman for the governor, Imad al-Eidani, said in a press statement that "the papers submitted by the contractors and companies that belong to their projects in the province are forged papers and legal proceedings have been taken against them."
    He added Eidani, "The number of companies operating in Basra filed complaints to the Office of the province on the implementation of various maintenance works accompanied by filming priorities demanding the payment of their financial benefits," adding that " The Office of the province and after ascertaining the absence of those priorities in the corridors of the Department of Engineering of the Office, the latter immediately formed an investigative committee to show that all the papers submitted are forged papers and therefore have been responding to the grievances submitted by the companies because they are not based on a legal basis. " , That "the Office of the province of Basra after the emergence of the results of the investigation filed a lawsuit against companies that submitted counterfeit papers that do not have an official source established in the section concerned," calling, "companies that submitted grievances and found that the results of the government investigation does not match the demands to resort to the judiciary" Al-Eidani continued, "All sections concerned in the Office of the province to be ready to answer any questions and queries," noting that "the members of the House of Representatives always find the answer by the Office of the Governor to all communications that are raised by them and with all transparency."
