US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Saturday accused China and Russia of being particularly responsible for the threat posed by North Korea after launching an intercontinental ballistic missile.
In a statement, Tillerson said Pyongyang's firing of ballistic missiles was a flagrant violation of several UN Security Council resolutions reflecting the will of the international community. "In his statement, the spokesman for the Chinese Foreign Ministry called for restraint.
