Parliamentary debate reveals a conspiracy "America" against the Iraqi people

The deputy speaker of the state of law, Ibtisam al-Hilali, said Saturday that the international coalition led by the United States seeks a conspiracy against the Iraqi people and the popular crowd in particular.
"America has violated the Strategic Framework Agreement and they are required to provide information to the Iraqi side, and this has not been seen since the beginning of the war against criminal gangs in 2014," Hilali said in an interview with Sky Press.
Al-Hilali warned of "American efforts aimed at targeting the Iraqi people and popular mobilization in particular," calling on the government to "show the results of the targeting of popular crowd segments on the Iraqi-Syrian border committed by the Americans."
The planes of the so-called International Alliance led by the United States targeted the popular crowd and security forces in more than one combat site, killing dozens of them, while the US administration justified those strikes that it was a mistake and described by friendly fire.
