    Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed that the mass coalition of Kurdish blocs asked for the inclusion of $ 4.5 trillion dinars in the general budget for the payment of contracts of oil companies in the Kurdistan region, and said that the per capita share of approving the distribution of the surplus revenue by about a thousand dollars retroactively for the years 2012 and 2013.

    The MP said Magda Tamimi said Liberal bloc will benefit the 2012 and 2013 years of surplus revenue and enforceable in the current budget to be distributed among the citizens.     Tamimi confirmed that approving the budget will require a political consensus between the leaders of the blocs to avoid the vote of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc law. They pointed out the presence of a crucial meeting of the heads of the blocks with the Finance Committee before the voting session for a final exit agreement ensures pass the general budget.
