[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Shafaq News / According to a police source in Nineveh province , the principal of a primary school and a number of students were killed and other injured by a truck bomb explosion that has targeted their school west of Mosul.
“The truck bomb parked near a primary school in “Qabaq"village affiliated to Tall Afar district, west of Mosul exploded this morning killing the schools’ principal and a large number of students some were killed and other injured,” the source told “Shafaq News”.
“The security forces cordoned off the scene and prevented from approaching it , while Ambulances rushed to transport the wounded to the hospital for treatment and the dead to the forensic medicine department ,” the source added.
A source told “Shafaq News” that “ A car bomb parked near a police station in “Qabaq” villlage affiliated to Tall Afar district west of Mosul exploded, this morning, a little time difference from detonating a truck bomb in the same area, killing and injuring unknown number of police officers”.
Militant groups reject the regular schools is their curricula as consider it as a violation to the Islamic law, as these groups in areas in Iraq have prevented students from going to schools , universities and institutes and confined place of education in mosques , Quran lessons the and Hadith in addition to banning the education for women.
