[rtl]The head of the Iraqi counterterrorism apparatus, Lieutenant General Taleb Shaghati, received the Shield of the World's Most Outstanding Leader from the International Federation of Special Operations, based in Tampa, Florida .[/rtl]
[rtl]Shagati received the shield for his role in leading the counterterrorism apparatus during military operations against a militant organization in Iraq .

[rtl]"Iraq has a unique experience in the fight against terrorism, through the professionalism of the elements in the war against terrorist organizations, " Shagati said in a statement .

[rtl]The World Federation of Special Operations awarded the award to the Commander of the Counterterrorism Organization Taleb Shagati, in the presence of the leaders of special operations agencies in the world and the United States, in the presence of 2000 military commanders from different countries .[/rtl]
