Defense Minister Irfan Mahmoud Al-Hayali discussed with his Canadian counterpart Hargit Sagan and his accompanying delegation the military relations between the two countries.
Al-Hayali said during his meeting with his Canadian counterpart at the ministry's headquarters that "the victory of Iraq is the victory of all the world because it is a mischievous enemy that knows no borders."
For his part, the Canadian minister congratulated the Minister of Defense and the Iraqi people on the occasion of the remarkable victories achieved by our armed forces on terrorism, stressing his country's continued support of the Iraqi army in the fields of training.
