(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The Department of Planning and Follow-up in the Ministry of Commerce announced the launch and promotion of transport transactions and parts of citizens of the new ration card in Baghdad and the provinces in accordance with new mechanisms and controls going in the direction of simplification of those procedures and as required by the public interest.
"The promotion of these transactions will be in accordance with four forms of forms, which include the ration card data and personal data of the family in addition to the fingerprint of the owner of the relationship and other observations required by those transactions," said the Director General of the Department Abtahal Hashim Saft in a press statement received by the agency {Euphrates News} , Where the forms will be for transport between the branches of supply and section between the branch and transport within the branch and the fourth transport from one agent to another within the center of the ration.
She added that "among the instructions to promote transactions is to determine the period of review according to the name of the head of the family (owner of the treatment) within the branch and alphabetical letters and days allocated to those characters, taking into account the public holidays where the sequence of citizens review by character automatically to reduce the momentum And work in a smooth and guarantee the rights of citizens. "
She added that "was the receipt of transactions to the Baghdad catering branches, which will be from [1 - 10] of each month, and the supply branches of the provinces of Basra, Maysan, Dhi Qar, Muthanna, Diwaniyah, Wasit, Babylon, Karbala, the holy Najaf will be from [11 - 20] of each month And the provinces of Diyala, Salah al-Din, Balad, Anbar, Kirkuk, Nineveh, Arbil, Dahuk and Sulaymaniyah will be on 21 until the end of each month. "
She pointed out that "the branches of supply will develop identification plates to clarify the mechanism of transport transactions and the part and the required documents," noting that "citizens can access these forms and controls and instructions through the Ministry's official website."
