    She added that "among the instructions to promote transactions is to determine the period of review according to the name of the head of the family (the owner of the transaction) within the branch and alphabetical letters and days allocated to those characters, taking into account the public holidays where the sequence of citizens' review by character automatically to reduce the momentum And work in a smooth and guarantee the rights of citizens. "
    He pointed out that "the receipt of transactions for the Baghdad supply branches has been determined, which will be from (1 - 10) of each month, the supply branches of the provinces of Basra, Maysan, Dhi Qar, Muthanna, Diwaniyah, Wasit, Babil, Karbala and Najaf will be from (11-20) Diyala, Salah al-Din, Balad, Anbar, Kirkuk, Ninewa, Arbil, Dahuk and Sulaymaniyah will be on 21 until the end of each month. "
    She stressed that "the branches of supply will develop the identification boards to clarify the mechanism of transport transactions and the section and the required documents, noting that the two can see the forms and controls and instructions through the Ministry's official website."
