The Central Bank discusses with Jordan the promotion of trade and digital transactions

Central Bank Governor Mustafa Ghaleb Makheif discussed, with the Jordanian Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Ahmed Hanandeh, the promotion of e-commerce and digital financial transactions. In turn, Hanandeh praised the achievements made by the Central Bank of Iraq during the past period, stressing (his desire to achieve integration in the financial field between the two countries and to strengthen banking partnerships, which could reflect positively on both parties, especially the Iraqi community in Amman), and added that (his country is ready to provide All possible support for the Iraqi banking sector in the field of digital services), and Al Hanandeh directed (an invitation to the governor to visit Jordan to complete the frameworks of cooperation and see the Jordanian experience, where he welcomed the invitation frighteningly, and promised to meet it at the earliest opportunity).
