Education issued a clarification on the holders of certificates and early
12/4/2018 12:00 am [rtl]BAGHDAD / The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued a clarification today on the first graduates and certificates, stressing that the allocation of 50% of the quorum of evening studies to the holders of higher degrees.
