    Sadr's leader, Moqtada al-Sadr, said he would brief the religious authority in Najaf and tribal leaders on recent political meetings to form a government.
     
    "Today I have completed the picture, and I have completed the final touches after I have completed my advice and I have offered you the government, a Sunni, Shiite, Arab, Kurdish, national and sectarian government, but an authentic Iraqi government and a sound political and constructive opposition," he said.
     
    He added: "Then I will enlighten the opinion of the reference and the tribes of the proud and the classes of the large people and we will inform them of the details of the many meetings, to tell them the words sound."
     
    He continued: "Then we wait for the honest blocs with national tendencies, precious, to form a strong patriarchal government to give the people their rights and to pay a heavy penalty."
