    BAGHDAD / The deputy for a coalition of state law, high Nassif, Tuesday, that the decisions taken by the House of Representatives in its extraordinary session yesterday on the election unconstitutional and illegal.
    "In accordance with Article 58 of the Iraqi Constitution, the House of Representatives has the right to convene an extraordinary session to discuss a specific matter. This is what happened yesterday, but the decision issued by the Council at the special session on the parliamentary elections is unconstitutional and illegal," she said in a statement received by Iraq News. "He said.
    She explained that "the mechanism of counting and sorting and elections abroad and conditional voting are all provided by law, and therefore can not be amended or canceled by a decision of the Parliament, as it must be amended by law."
    Nassif added that "the process of canceling the election results must come from the Federal Court and not from the House of Representatives," indicating that "regardless of the fact that the extraordinary session yesterday is correct, but the decisions taken in them unfortunately illegal and have no legal effect." Finished
