By 5:30 pm GMT, the lira against the dollar rose 1.1 percent to 4.6688 pounds.
The lira's rise comes as the country awaits presidential and parliamentary elections on June 24.
The Mexican currency also rose 1.3% against the green card to record 20.0417 Mexican pesos.
The central bank in Mexico has raised the benchmark interest rate by 0.25% to 7.75%.
The Argentine peso rose 1.3% to 27.1369 pesos against the US currency, with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) agreeing to give Argentina a $ 50 billion loan with immediate aid of $ 15 billion.
While the Russian ruble rose against the green paper by 1.1%, and the South African currency also rose by 1.2%.
At the same time, the major dollar index, which measures the performance of the currency against six major currencies, fell 0.3% to $ 94.599.https://www.mubasher.info/news/3303606/%D8%B9%D9%85%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A3%D8%B3%D9%88%D8%A7%D9%82-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%B4%D8%A6%D8%A9-%D8%AA%D8%B1%D8%AA%D9%81%D8%B9-%D9%85%D8%B9-%D8%AA%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%AC%D8%B9-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D9%88%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%B1?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+ar%2FISX%2Fnews+%28ISX+Arabic+News%29
