    After US President Donald Trump announced his willingness to meet with Iranian leaders "without preconditions", there was an echo in the Iranian street. Many citizens demand that their leaders talk to the US administration.

    "Surely we have to talk to Trump," construction contractor Jamshid Muniri, 45, said. "What's wrong with the talks?"

    "We should welcome the launch of talks," he said. "Our leaders should welcome this opportunity."
