About the Commission for the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution

Committee for the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq, is the constitutional committee, executive, ministerial, legal, formed under the command Diwani No. (46) Number (m t n / 48/1373) in (09.08.2006), including naming the prime Committee and its members.
boils down to the work of paradise implementation of Article (140) to compensate the families who have been displaced and deported from the province to another, or from Iraq out of Iraq during the former regime, and the Commission shall compensate the families in the central and southern governorates with a piece of land in the areas of residence of the person and the amount (10) million dinars.
As for coming to Kirkuk Vsaawwadon the amount of $ (20) million, in addition to a piece of land by the souls of the person entrant.
At the below phone numbers of the Commission's offices in the provinces for the purpose of answering all queries of citizens.
