During the recent dialogue session of Al-Mada, in which Yasiri talked about his vision and his concerns about ways to combat useless corruption, he began by saying that "all the talk about corruption and fighting it is air in the network because fighting corruption is not a wish but a will. If the official does not have the will to fight corruption, he should shut up ", commenting on the frequent talk of fighting corruption without real and serious measures ! The themes of the vision that are included in the book of Yasiri, summarized during the symposium were: How and conditions of combating corruption, which should be adopted by the concerned parties, and identify practical ways, not theoretical, only to combat it, and then what should be achieved by linking the words and deeds. In light of this, and from his experience in chairing the Integrity Commission, Dr. Al-Yasiri described the path of combating corruption in Iraq as a triangle on which "political will" is on the right side and "legal legislation" and on the other side "implementation" on the ground, before the completion of this triangle. " in his testimony , reflecting some of his suffering in his work under the chairmanship of the integrity Commission, he said that one of the main problems faced by the Commission is the judiciary , which has been referred to him thousands of cases for defendants with evidence and material facts, but our problem with the judiciary that he is not convinced of what offers him of clues . He confirmed that during his presidency of the body was investigated with 48 ministers accused of corruption among the thousands of defendants, but (the judiciary was not convinced of evidence)! . In order to activate the laws through which the judiciary finds an outlet for not being convinced of the evidence, the Commission has submitted - as he said - twenty bills to parliament and the government to amend anti-corruption legislation, without receiving any response. Instead, the parliament passed a general amnesty law that benefited thousands of people convicted of corruption and released them.
