    voted in the second meeting of the second legislative dismissal of
    Osama's House and 177 seats, said Monday, eight laws, concluded the
    second reading of the national water Council as well as the completion
    of the federal budget debate of 2013, to bring to the meeting next
    Wednesday.

     The Council said
    in a statement received (News Agency news) on Monday, the Council voted
    on the draft law of the first amendment to the law of roads No. 35 of
    2002 and by Commission services and ages for the purpose of reducing
    damage to public roads, overtaking her and worship and reduce damage
    caused by overloads in vehicles on roads and bridges.

    It said: the Council has to vote on the proposed
    Act first amendment law of the Ministry of industry and minerals (38)
    for the year 2011 and submitted by the Committee on the economy and
    investment for the purpose of disengaging the Iraqi geological survey
    system and industrial research and development body of the Ministry of
    their legal personality and administrative and financial autonomy.

    The statement said: the Board completed voting on
    the proposal of the law on the prevention of hate violence import games
    and from commissions on women, security and defence with a view to
    non-violence among children and to foster a spirit of tolerance and
    cooperation and social behaviour and educational calendar for sound
    generation.

    The statement added: the Board ended after
    the vote on the draft law of the Republic of Iraq's accession to the
    Statute of the Islamic States Institute for standardization and
    Metrology (thick) and of external relations and legal committees and
    endowments for the promotion of economic and commercial cooperation
    among Member States and ease restrictions on trade with the
    establishment of the Institute for the certification of accelerating
    exchange of materials and manufactured goods and products and the best
    interests of Iraq in increasing the volume of trade.

    The statement said: the Board did vote on the draft
    law of ratification of the Convention amend the Arabic company for
    building and repairing ships, ratified by law No. (58) of 1974 and
    submitted by the foreign relations committees, oil and energy, finance,
    services and reconstruction in order to ratify the amendment to the said
    Convention.

    And the statement: that the Council voted
    on the draft law of the Republic of Iraq to the Protocol against the
    illicit manufacturing of and trafficking in firearms, their parts and
    components and ammunition and supplementing the United Nations
    Convention against transnational organized crime, submitted by the
    defense and security committees and external relations and to strengthen
    international cooperation in this area after Iraq's accession to the
    Convention and the protocols thereto.

    The statement added: the Board did vote on the
    draft law of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on the establishment
    of the International Islamic trade finance and foreign relations
    committees of economy and investment and endowments for the promotion
    and financing of intra-developing countries and contribute to support
    the efforts of those States to create investment opportunities and
    strengthening export capacities in accordance with the provisions and
    principles of the Islamic Shariah.

    He said: the Council proceeded to the vote on the
    draft law on the Organization of agricultural land lease wetmilk the
    right of disposal of agricultural and veterinary graduates of the
    Agriculture Committees.

    The statement said another: that the Presidium
    decided to set next Wednesday as the date for the questioning of Mr.
    Jassim Mohammed Jaafar, the Minister for youth and sport, said: the
    interrogation will take place even in the absence of the presence of the
    Minister and the merits of the allegations and to take the necessary
    decision.

    In turn Deputy Bahaa Al-araji applicant

    Al-Issawi on: the importance of the Council in the formulation of
    policies and ensure water share Iraq from water sources.

    The Deputy Minister considered Nasreen Anwar, the

    electricity through water sources.
