Professors call for the adoption of the rule of "experimenter not try" by choosing the deans of the universities

University professors demanded the Minister [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/2313/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%B9%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%85 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%8A]of Higher Education[/url] and Scientific Research Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Issa to adopt the directives of the Supreme Religious Reference on the rule of "try not to try" in the selection of deans of the new colleges.
"It has been noted that some of the current deans of the colleges who have spent more than eight years in their positions and those who have not met the requirements to apply for a dean at the moment are beginning to compete with the young scientific competencies in the presentation," they said in a letter to the minister.
They stressed in the letter: "The importance of selecting competent young people, who have high administrative and scientific experience, research and studies published in international journals .. The selection of professors who have been accredited by international scientific institutions and journals, and who have ideas and proposals for the development of scientific curricula and laboratories, Higher than international universities, especially British and American. "
They stressed: "The need not to adopt partyism, quotas and sectarian choice."
