"
Al-Rubaie added that "among the observations we have that the new governor was elected and the old governor is still practicing his work as he did not repeat the oath in the House of Representatives as a member of parliament only on November 7," pointing out that "the other matter is the residence of the governor in Baghdad This means that it is far from the status of the province and its needs. "
Al-Rubaie confirmed that "the case is currently pending before the Administrative Court pending consideration of the appeal submitted to the decision to restore things to the right."
The House of Representatives failed in its session held on Thursday, to vote on the formation of an investigative committee on the election of the governor of Babylon after the vote of 59 deputies in favor of forming the committee out of 214 deputies.
