The head of the Supreme National Commission for Accountability and Justice, Bassem al-Badri, Saturday, that the majority of the staff and staff of the Iraqi Foreign Ministry are Baathists and former Saddam intelligence, carrying the former Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari responsibility.
