    Federal Economy and Investment Committee confirmed on Sunday that the federal budget for 2019 did not include any funds from the Kuwait conference held last year for the reconstruction of Iraq, pointing out that the bulk of the funds allocated in the form of loans can not be used. 
    "The House of Representatives did not discuss the inclusion of the funds of the Kuwait Conference of donor countries for the reconstruction of Iraq within the federal budget for 2019," said a member of the Committee Charter Hamidi said in a statement to the "information" that "the budget is free of any funds obtained by Iraq from investment conferences or Supporting reconstruction. " 
    "The Kuwait conference allocated a large part of the funds in terms of loans can not benefit from the fact that the parliament committed the government not to lend abroad to prevent the increase of the international debt of the country, as well as the size of the benefit of those funds."
    She added that "bringing money from Kuwait needs to establish a reconstruction fund for each province to preserve the funds granted and prevent theft by corrupt," indicating that "the government is obliged to achieve reconstruction of destroyed cities and return of the displaced to maintain the security of the country and prevent the return of terrorism again." 
    The MP from the province of Salah al-Din Manar Abdul Muttalib has shown, last week, that President Barham Saleh did not respond to the demand on the direction of international organizations to rebuild the province of Salah al-Din, stressing that the organizations working in Nineveh and Anbar, in addition to the inclusion of the funds of the Kuwait Conference in the budget for reconstruction Destroyed areas. 
    The Iraqi government's representative to the UN Security Council, Mohamed Hussein Bahr al-Ulum, called last week for all countries to fulfill their financial pledges made by the Kuwait Conference to rebuild the destroyed cities of the terrorist call.
