The Center explained the existence of explicit constitutional provisions that the Prime Minister-designate to all the names of candidates for the ministries in the House of Representatives at the voting session in conjunction with the presentation of the ministerial program.
PCHR pointed out that this constitutional condition was not achieved in the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/114357/%D8%B9%D9%85%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%AA%D8%B4%D9%83%D9%8A%D9%84 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%88%D9%85%D8%A9]process of forming[/url] and voting on the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/114357/%D8%B9%D9%85%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D8%AA%D8%B4%D9%83%D9%8A%D9%84 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%88%D9%85%D8%A9]government[/url] . He called on the President of the Republic to protect the constitution and to protect it, calling on him to intervene to address this constitutional breach at the heart of his duty.
