The head of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Mohammed Halbusi, on Friday, the need for the city of Mosul to replace its leaders.
"Mosul is suffering from administrative negligence and it needs to replace its administrative leadership with efficient ones," Halboussi told a news conference accompanied by President Barham Salih.
"We will work to be this Nakba to Mosul is the last," noting "before the period was the tragedy of child rape and today the tragic phrase, and there is a clear administrative failure in the province."
"Mosul needs to give its administration to competent people," Halboussi said. "Today we will put radical solutions for Mosul, and we will have decisions on Sunday regarding the city file."
