The Prime Minister, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense / Agency / Adel Abdul Mahdi, issued a ministerial order to transfer and assign three new security tasks.
The ministerial order stipulated the transfer of Lieutenant General Juma 'Anad Saadoun Khattab al-Jubouri from the post of chief of operations of Salah al-Din and his appointment as commander of the ground forces.
Major General Noman Abdul-Najem Kamar Al-Zobaie was appointed commander of the 7th Brigade and assigned to the post of Commander of Salahuddin Operations. Major General Ra'ad Mahmoud Abdul Beshr Al-Jubouri was transferred from the position of Deputy Commander of Operations to East Anbar.
