Abdullah said in a statement received a copy of that "there is a political targeting by a group of politicians and deputies close to Abadi to Abdul Mahdi on the pretext of paying salaries of employees of the Kurdistan region," noting that "Abdul Mahdi pays salaries within the legal framework was approved in the financial budget "He said.
He added that "the previous session was the direct payment of salaries of regional staff by a certain percentage by former Prime Minister Haider Abadi without a legal cover, in order to satisfy the Kurdish political parties and get support for him for a second term, especially support Massoud Barzani, and therefore there is a huge difference between the mechanism Payment by Abadi and Abdul Mahdi. " 
He continued, "It seems that Abdul Mahdi has a clear direction and vision strategy to resolve the oil file with the Kurdistan region, and has serious intentions to resolve this dilemma and the problems that have been stuck for years between the two sides, and these positive trends deserve to support and solidarity with them.
