    The parliamentary security and defense committee warned of the development of mechanisms and the work of foreign forces inside Iraqi territory to engage in activities such as planning operations targeting other countries.
    "The task of these forces under the strategic framework agreement is training and consultation only, and no other tasks on Iraqi soil," said member of the committee Ali al-Ghanmi. "The government informed the House of Representatives that foreign forces are present in bases Iraqi military and subject to orders of Iraqi command and control. "
    He added that "all blocks waiting for the opinion of the government and the appreciation of the military position by the Prime Minister and security leaders on the actual need of these foreign forces and the statement of legal frameworks under which they were working or exceeded," noting that "the parliament will listen to the official reports of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Chief of Staff The army on the feasibility of the presence of these forces and legal frameworks that allow them to military action on Iraqi soil. "
    The Committee on Security and Defense parliamentary recently announced that the draft of the withdrawal of US combat troops from the country does not include a timetable, and indicated the discussion of the draft and offer to vote soon.
