Iraq is considering the possibility of producing Russian cars

[rtl]The Iraqi ambassador in Moscow, Haider Mansour Hadi al-Athari, on Wednesday, the possibility of launching the production of Russian cars in his country.[/rtl]
[rtl]"There is cooperation in the field of industry, negotiations have been conducted between the ministries concerned," the Iraqi ambassador told a news conference at the International Media Group building in Moscow, adding that a Russian factory would be opened in Iraq.[/rtl]
[rtl]The ambassador did not specify the type of vehicles being discussed, adding that Iraqis love the Russian car industry, noting that at one time there were Lada and Moskvich cars.[/rtl]
[rtl]Iraq and Russia enjoy strong relations in all fields, including trade and economic, where the volume of trade exchange between the two countries in 2017 more than 52% year on year to reach the level of 1.402 billion dollars, according to data from the Russian Customs Service.[/rtl]
