(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The head of the Alliance for Reform and Reconstruction, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, stressed the need to hand over special grades to the highly qualified.
In a statement to his office received the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of him that Mr. Ammar al-Hakim received in his office Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Hamid al-Ghazi, and discussed "developments of the implementation of the government program and the need to expedite its implementation in accordance with the timelines committed by the Government esteemed to the people and political forces."
During the meeting, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim called for "the development of the administrative system, the revision of the administrative structure of the state, the reduction of red tape and bureaucracy, the fight against financial and administrative corruption, and the accountability of senior corrupters and bringing them to justice."
He also stressed "the importance of ending the work of the agency and handing over the management of special grades to persons with competence and professionalism to close this file permanently."
