    [size=18]Deputy Prime Minister for Energy and Minister of Oil Thamer Ghadhban, on Tuesday, the ministry's keenness to find jobs for all graduates of engineering colleges in a way that does not conflict with the instructions and laws in force "despite the challenges," pointing to the appointment of more than three thousand graduates within a period not exceeding five months From this year.


    Ghadhban said in a statement received Alsumaria News a copy of it, "This comes within the contexts of the ministry to support its companies and sectors working with young and vital energies in order to sustain production and increase rates and develop the Iraqi oil industry." 







    He added, `` The instructions contained in the federal budget law of 2019 did not give the opportunity to accommodate the appointment of these large numbers of graduates for the past year and previous years and for all disciplines, but we worked and directed the need to find employment opportunities through the winning national companies in the ministry, which is entitled to create jobs in the form of A contract for the specializations you need at work and the vacancy is available according to the Federal Budget Law.


    "We will not stop at this point in finding jobs, but we will work and work to achieve the desire of our graduate children to be appointed and this is a small part of their right as citizens," Ghadhban said. 

    Al-Ghadhban was surprised by the fact that some of them have made untrue statements regarding appointments, stressing that the ministry has spared no effort to find a job for our graduates and all engineering disciplines, hiring more than 3,000 graduates from the faculties of petroleum engineering, chemical engineering and science. "In addition to the graduates of the oil training institutes, within a period not exceeding five months of this year, this comes out of our concern to alleviate the suffering of our children and our appreciation for incurring the trouble to stand and sit and demonstrate in order to obtain their rights."
