US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi criticized the Pentagon's announcement to send additional troops and equipment to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates following the recent attacks on Saudi Aramco in Abqaiq and Khurais.
"The latest outrageous attempt by the Trump administration to circumvent the bipartisan congressional will," Pelosi said in a statement on Saturday.
"The Americans are tired of the war and have no interest in engaging in another conflict in the Middle East, especially if it is on behalf of Saudi Arabia.
