Bahraini bank acquires 85% of the capital of an Iraqi bank

Economy News - Baghdad:
The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) has approved a 10% increase in the shareholding of Ahli United Bank to 85% in the capital of the Commercial Bank of Iraq.
The Commercial Bank of Iraq said in a meeting of the General Assembly, that "shareholders of the bank supported the increase of the contribution of Ahli United Bank of Bahrain's capital by 10% to 85%, after the approval of the Central Bank of Iraq."
