Parliamentary Finance: The Minister of Electricity's contracts with Chinese companies are invalid and are subject to law

I returned a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, on Saturday, to conclude government ministers, which are "invalid" contracts and have no legal cover, including contracts that the Ministry of Electricity recently concluded with Chinese companies.
Member of the Committee, Deputy Siham Shanoun, said in a statement to "Information", that "the functions of the caretaker government as defined by the constitution are administrative and it is not permitted to issue decisions, lay plans, and sign new or even complementary contracts."
She added that "the contracts that are expected during the term of the caretaker work are null and constitutional and legally and do not need a representative decision", indicating that "the contracts signed by the Minister of Electricity are null and accountable to the law."
It is noteworthy that the legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi, after the signing of the Minister of Electricity Louay Al-Khatib for the contracts, as a plagiarism for the trait, and he will be held accountable according to the Iraqi law, and whoever is assigned to contract him for 10 years. Ended / 25 m
