Minister of Planning Nuri Sabah Al-Dulaimi announced on Monday that he has approved the launch of an exchange (75 billion and 650 million and 182 thousand dinars) to improve the service reality in the provinces of Babylon, Muthanna and Diyala, after completing the requirements of the local governments to include projects.

He added that "an amount (17 billion, 390 million and 182,000 dinars) has been approved for the province of Muthanna, calculated on the annual allocations included in the investment budget tables, to paving and rehabilitating a number of main and branch roads in the counties and areas of the governorate, and building 49 schools according to the needs of citizens."
He continued, "It was approved to launch the disbursement of (4 billion and 600 million dinars) to # Diyala Governorate, calculated on the annual allocations for the projects included in the investment budget tables within the poverty alleviation strategy, to implement the project of establishing low-cost homes in Baquba, and establishing health centers in villages, Rehabilitation and implementation of electricity networks in rural areas, implementation of water parks in villages and remote areas, equipping and rehabilitating a number of water parks in the governorate, and implementing a number of municipal services according to their need and priority for citizens.
