The Prevention Department at the Federal Integrity Commission revealed, on Tuesday, the Prime Minister's disclosure of his financial liability for the year 2020.
The authority said in a statement received / information /, a copy of it, that it "received a form to disclose the financial disclosure for the current year of the Chairman of the Council Ministers Mr. ( [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Hassan [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] -Montafji).
The Authority had disclosed at the end of last year the details of the first amendment to its effective law No. 30 of 2011, after the House of Representatives approved the amendment, in accordance with the provisions of the first clause of Article (61) and the third clause of Article (73) of the Constitution, as indicated in Article (16 / Firstly / c), to compel each (Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister and Ministers and their rank), as well as others who occupy one of the official positions and positions as included in the article in its other paragraphs, to submit a declaration of their financial receivables.
