Iraq plans to export fish to Jordan

The Agricultural Development Department at the holy Husseinian threshold revealed its strategic plan that will be implemented in the coming years by exporting fish outside of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] led by Jordan.
The head of the department, Qahtan Oz Al-Shammari, said in a statement seen by him / the information: “The plan that was prepared for the coming seasons includes expanding the project to 1000 dunums to be the largest and leading project on the level of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] .”
Al-Shammari added, "The production capacity of the project will reach 150,000 tons of fish after the expansion," noting that "this step will contribute to exporting fish to Jordan and other countries."
He pointed out that "the current project area is 500 dunums, with 10 basins and a production capacity ranging between (3-4) tons per day."
It is worth noting that the Husayniyah threshold has begun the implementation of a special hatchery for fish of disease-resistant quality with a production capacity of 25 million hatcheries. Ended / 25
